Buttons on Binder toolbar beep because toolbars are not functional in Binder.

Cause:

The toolbar that appears when a binder section is opened belongs to the application that was used to create that section. For example, when an Excel section is opened in Binder, the Excel toolbar appears. Even though a toolbar is displayed, the functionality of any given toolbar button is unavailable.

Solution:

Use menus instead of the toolbar. Toolbar functions are available on menus.
